The GT3 Revival Series will make its debut in 2026 under the direction of Peter Auto and SRO Motorsports Group, marking the beginning of a new sporting initiative designed to highlight the origins of the GT3 category. The inaugural season will coincide with the 20th anniversary of a discipline that, since its creation, has established itself as one of the most prestigious and popular in international motorsport.

The championship will feature a five-round European calendar, in which first-generation GT3 cars will once again take to some of the continent’s most iconic venues: Le Castellet, Spa-Francorchamps, Le Mans, Nürburgring, and the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, where the Festival de la Velocidad de Barcelona will bring this first edition to a close.

With this new initiative, the organisers aim not only to preserve and celebrate the legacy of these iconic models, but also to offer drivers and teams a competitive, carefully regulated, and attractive environment that keeps the machines that defined the early GT3 era on track. A championship that, even before its debut, has already generated considerable anticipation among historic motorsport enthusiasts and professionals.
