This year, GT2 continues to be part of the Festival de la Velocidad de Barcelona.
The Festival de la Velocidad de Barcelona has the GT2. A car in this category features more power than a GT3, but relies less on its aerodynamics to achieve the best lap times. That means it makes it easier to fly by a non-professional pilot.
In what will be its fift season as a competitive SRO series, the GT2 continues to grow and evolve, which will mean that in 2025 more manufacturers represented in this category will compete in the Festival de la Velocidad. The cars are dreamlike: Maserati MC20 GT2, Mercedes-AMG GT2, Audi R8 LMS, Brabham BT63 GT2, Porsche 911 GT2 RS, KTM X-Bow GT2, Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo GT2… an excellent show is in the works!
